KB0022 - ODBC error 13: Could not load the set up or translator library

The information in this articles applies to:

•	Living Cookbook v1.4, v1.5
•	Windows XP

Symptoms

When you attempt run Living Cookbook for the first time, the following error occurs on some PCs:

Error 1918. Error installing ODBC driver Microsoft Access Driver (*mdb), ODBC error 13: Could not load the set up or translator library. Verify that the file Microsoft Access Driver (*mdb) exists and that you can access it.

Cause

This problem is caused by missing or damaged ODBC components.

Resolution

1.	Download and install Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) v2.8.

This issue has been resolved.
