KB0021 - nfc_n_cst_adox - of_createcatalog error

The information in this articles applies to:

•	Living Cookbook v1.4, v1.5

Symptoms

When you attempt upgrade from a previous version of Living Cookbook, the following error occurs on some PCs:

nfc_n_cst_adox - of_createcatalog - Error calling external object function open

Cause

We have not been able to determine the cause of the problem. Nor have we been able to reproduce it on any of our PCs.

Resolution

1.	Locate your Living Cookbook database (lc15.mdb or lc14.mdb). It is located in the Living Cookbook database folder (normally C:\Program Files\Radium Technologies\Living Cookbook\Database).
2.	Compress your database file using WinZip or other compression utility.
3.	Send the zipped database file to [email protected].
4.	We will upgrade your database and send it back to you.
5.	Unzip your fixed database file and move it to the Living Cookbook database folder (normally C:\Program Files\Radium Technologies\Living Cookbook\Database).

Status

This issue has been resolved.
