On your old PC, run Living Cookbook and backup your database
(by selecting Backup from the File menu). |

Move the backup file (the LCB file) to your new computer using
a local area network, CD, ZIP drive or other media capable of
moving large files. |

Install Living Cookbook on your new computer (you can download
a new copy of the software by clicking the "Try It" button above). |

Run Living Cookbook on your new computer. Enter your license
information (your serial number and license key). This will
automatically transfer your license to your new computer. |

On your new computer, restore your database (by selecting
Restore from the File menu). Choose the LCB file that you just
copied from your old computer. |

Once you are certain that all of your recipes are on your
new computer, you can uninstall Living Cookbook from your old
computer. |
