A number of users have requested the ability to create publications
with more than one recipe per page. The following procedure demonstrates
how to manually specify page breaks in a publication.
|
| |
| 1. |
Open an exported publication (not the template) in Microsoft
Word. |
| 2. |
One the Format menu, click Style. |
| 3. |
Locate the Recipe Name style and click on it. |
| 4. |
Click Modify. |
| 5. |
Uncheck Automatically Update. |
| 6. |
Click Format and select Paragraph. |
| 7. |
Click the Line and Page Breaks tab. |
| 8. |
Uncheck Page Break Before. |
| 9. |
Click OK to close the Paragraph window. |
| 10. |
Click OK to close the Modify Style window. |
| 11. |
Click Close to close the Style window. |
|
| |
Now there are no page breaks between your recipes and you can choose
where you want them. To add a page break, try the following:
|
| |
| 1. |
Click on the name of the recipe before which you want a page
break (e.g. if you want a page break before the third recipe,
click on the recipe name of the third recipe). |
| 2. |
On the Format menu, click Paragraph. |
| 3. |
Click the Line and Page Breaks tab. |
| 4. |
Check Page Break Before. |
| 5. |
Click OK to close the Paragraph window. |
| 6. |
Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the first recipe on each page. |
