KB0013 - Publications with more than one recipe per page

A number of users have requested the ability to create publications with more than one recipe per page. The following procedure demonstrates how to manually specify page breaks in a publication.

1.	Open an exported publication (not the template) in Microsoft Word.
2.	One the Format menu, click Style.
3.	Locate the Recipe Name style and click on it.
4.	Click Modify.
5.	Uncheck Automatically Update.
6.	Click Format and select Paragraph.
7.	Click the Line and Page Breaks tab.
8.	Uncheck Page Break Before.
9.	Click OK to close the Paragraph window.
10.	Click OK to close the Modify Style window.
11.	Click Close to close the Style window.

Now there are no page breaks between your recipes and you can choose where you want them. To add a page break, try the following:

1.	Click on the name of the recipe before which you want a page break (e.g. if you want a page break before the third recipe, click on the recipe name of the third recipe).
2.	On the Format menu, click Paragraph.
3.	Click the Line and Page Breaks tab.
4.	Check Page Break Before.
5.	Click OK to close the Paragraph window.
6.	Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the first recipe on each page.
