Upload a file to our web server
Occasionally users experience problems with database files or export files that can be most easily solved if we work with your data directly. In such cases you will be directed to this web page and asked to upload your file to our web server.
Note that Living Cookbook backup files (*.LCB) and Food Data Exchange Files (*.FDX) can be uploaded as is. Other file formats must be zipped before you can upload them.
To upload your file, please try the following:
- Enter your name (e.g. "John Smith") or your forum user name (e.g. "jsmith123").
- Click the Browse button to select the file you want to upload.
- Click the Upload File button to upload your file.
