Homemade Egg Substitute
Don't want any yolks? Need 3 eggs? Try this egg substitute. Reduce fat and come close to eliminating cholesterol in this easy-to-prepare egg substitute.
 
3   egg whites  
1/4 cup   2% milk  
1 Tbs   NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Nonfat Dry Milk  
1 tsp   vegetable oil  
 
 
1 Beat egg whites lightly with a fork in a small bowl. Add milk, powdered milk and oil.
2 Beat until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate. Equivalent to 3 whole eggs.
