Ginger Beef

1 lb   Tenderloin Tips, thinly sliced
2 Tbs   flour
1 1/2 tsp   fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp   paprika
1 tsp   seasoned salt
3 tsp   peanut oil
2/3 cup   raisins
1 tsp   soy sauce
3 Tbs   ketchup
1/2 cup   beef stock

1 Mix together the flour, ginger, paprika and salt in a paper bag. Add the thinly sliced beef and shake until the meat is coated. Brown quickly in heated oil - make sure you do not overcook- 30 seconds is about all the time it needs. When it gets past "medium" it will start to toughen.
2 Remove the meat to a heated platter and keep warm. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan drippings; stir and simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
3 Add more beef stock if necessary. Add the meat and heat an additional minute.
