Bleu Cheese Walnut Dip
 
1/2 cup   light process cream cheese product  
1/4 cup   (1 ounce) crumbled bleu cheese  
1   12-ounce carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese  
2 Tbs   brandy  
2 Tbs   finely chopped walnuts, toasted  
 
 
1 Add first 3 ingredients to food processor bowl. Process 1 minute or until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once. Add brandy; process 20 seconds or until well blended.
2 Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in walnuts.
3 Serve with fresh fruit for dipping, such as sliced apples or pears.
